Hello!

I'm Daryl, a Y3 Computer Science Student from the National University of Singapore.

Although I'm studying Computer Science, I'm inherently more interested in UI/UX Design, as well as Product Design. I'm not very experienced in this field at the moment, but I'm definitely determined to excel at it sooner rather than later!

A little more about me...

Commonly known as Dargo, I'd describe myself as a generalist. I have a keen interest in entrepreneurship as well as other fields such as product or project management.

Over the past few years, I've picked up technical skills mostly out of interest and fortunately enough, most of them have come to be pretty useful for me!

Photography Website Mockup

To get familiar with the basics of Adobe XD, I created a simple mockup for a personal photography portfolio website that I was working on.

Edurec Redesign

For an assignment, I redesigned an existing NUS website to make improvements to the user experience.

I designed wireframes on Balsamiq, before moving into a high-fidelity prototype on Figma, and finally to implementation using HTML & CSS.

S.T.E.P.S

For our project, me and my group designed a reminder application to encourage building healthy habits, targeted at users with a sedentary lifestyle.

Eventually, we settled on my design. A high-fidelity prototype was made on Figma, with minor inputs from my project mates.
